I spend a lot of time drawing, for others as well as myself. And as an artist I've tested out many tablets to find some of the best possible drawing tablets that I can use to improve and adapt my artwork. I had never actually used a tablet with a monitored display before and I was actually quite happy with the results of using the Veikk 1200! The Veikk 1200 comes in a neatly packaged box, and as Veikk does with a lot of it's tablets, it comes with a lot of little useful extra pieces for ease of product use! The tablet itself is right on top when opening the box, and from first glance has a good weight to it. It is not too light and not too heavy. The screen itself has a nice matte feel which makes it easier to work with and glide across than if it were a slippery glass-like screen. Inside the box are extra attachments and pieces that the tablet can use; pieces such as 2 pens (which is super useful because I am a frequent pen misplacer), a USB cable and separate HDMI cable to plug in and get the tablet working, lots of little pen nibs, a pen nib remover, a cleaning cloth, a drawing glove, and a pen holder, which also serves as a nib remover and can store extra nibs on the inside.

The VK1200 pen display tablet is amazing and easy to setup and use. It has a very bright display comes with more nibs that I will probably ever use and a spare battery free pen should I ever lose one. I really love this product and I cant wait to spend more time with it. You will need a free HDMI port and USB slot on your PC or be able to free one in order to use the tablet. It was an easy adjustment moving from my drawing tablet to this new pen display and you cannot beat the cost. For someone looking to just get started in digital art tablets without a screen can be a daunting task and requires practice to get used to not looking at what you are drawing under your hands but instead at a screen. This tablet makes it affordable to get into digital art but still have the experience pen and paper gives you allowing you to look as you draw. The tablet comes with 6 customizable keys and two additional on the pen I rarely need to reach for my keyboard when using Paint tool SAI and if I am using Clip Studio Paint, I never touch my keyboard which is amazing. The matte display makes it so there's no glare from my lights or window. For the price this is an amazing bundle to get you quickly started with a pen display whether you are a beginning artist or a long-time tablet user the VK1200 is a sleek lightweight versatile tool. One thing I would recommend getting in addition to the tablet is a stand as it does not come with one.

This is my first pen display tablet (which needs to be connected to a pc), and I like it very much. I did watch a couple of unboxing videos about VK1200 so I did know what to expect. They have TWO pens + pen sleeves! Honestly, I got too excited at first that I almost forgot about the tablet itself. Kidding aside, I love this pen design more compared to the one included in the A15 Pro model. Personally, it just has a more comfortable grip than the straight design the A15 Pro pen has. Next up is the set up. It was fairly easy to set up. Setting up the driver went smoothly as well. I’m still playing around with the settings and the function keys, but so far, so good.

This is indeed one of the best drawing tablets. I like that it works very well on any drawing software and as an alternative for the mouse. I like the overall design; it is slim and stylish. the sixth buttons on the left corner are very convenient and easily customizable. The quality of the screen feels very smooth and soft while I draw. It only requires a USB port and HDMI, so that really makes a different between having to connect a bunch of cables and also makes it easier for it to be portable. It comes with two pens and 28 nibs; they don’t need to charge so that is very convenient to me because that is less cables to manage. The screen quality is HD, and the brightness and color almost match my laptop screen by I would say 95% this is a very decisive factor when buying these kinds of tablets (this is because with previous tablets I owned, no matter how much I adjust the colors, contrast or brightness, they always look different and it bothers me a lot when I finish the a drawing).

Excellent value! This is less than $200 for a great screen-tablet. Definitely a better choice to any non-screen solutions. I love that there is no A/C adapter! This makes cable management clean and very easy to move. Size/weight is great.The weight is great, really light and portable. I really appreciate that the bezel/screen edges have a great proportion: not too thick to feel bulky nor too thin to feel fragile or draw uncomfortably.
